Thank you for visiting us and for your interest in CREAT as a potential employer. We have compiled the following FAQs to answer common questions and provide insights into CREAT as an employer.

Organisational questions

How can I apply for an advertised position?

There are two ways to apply: You can either click one of the “Apply now” buttons in the job posting or send us an email. To make the application process as straightforward as possible, we only need your complete CV at the beginning, preferably in PDF format. You should also fill out the online form. If you apply by email, you can simply write the answers in the email.

How does the application process work?

After you have submitted your application documents, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

Your documents will then be checked by our HR team as quickly as possible, and an initial selection will be made. If we have any questions, we will contact you. If your profile meets our requirements, we will schedule either a personal meeting or a telephone interview with you. We will send you the details of the call or directions in a separate email.

If you can convince us in the first personal interview, we will invite you to a second meeting, usually with the relevant department. If both parties are convinced of a good match, you will receive a contract offer by email.

If we do not currently have a suitable position for you, you will receive a written rejection email from us promptly after reviewing your application documents.

Which documents should be included in the online application and in which format?

Can I apply for more than one position?

All incoming applications are always reviewed for suitability with all current vacancies at CREAT, even if the preferred position is not available. If you are interested in more than one job posting, please note this in your cover letter and we will consider your preferences accordingly. However, please send us your resume only once.

There is no position that fits my experience. Can I still apply on my own initiative?

Of course! You can simply fill out an unsolicited application online and upload your CV in PDF format. Who knows, maybe we are looking for you right now!

What is the procedure of the first personal interview and who participates in it?

What is the procedure of the second interview?

In the second interview, you get to know your supervisor and some colleagues from the relevant department. This interview focuses on your professional skills.

How are my personal data stored and used in the system?

We use and store your data exclusively for the application process. They are automatically and completely deleted after six months. If we are impressed by your profile, but there is currently no suitable position available, we will ask you in writing for permission to store your data for a longer period of time. You can revoke your consent at any time.

Regular one-on-one meetings with your manager are part of our practice. It is important to us that we can exchange ideas, give feedback and discuss your current concerns in these reviews. Our goal is to support you in the best possible way in everyday life and to clarify open questions individually.

Nevertheless, you will have the opportunity to develop according to your skills and wishes and to take on more responsibility over time. It is even possible to become involved in topics outside of your department and contribute significantly to their development.
